They are all ourdoor use.So the waterproof performance is very important to our lights’s quality. After so many years development. We collected the problems from our customers and we now have our own “secret weapon ” to isolated the inner lights with the water. 1. Our PG plug are strickty checked with better quality. 2. We use ul cable for our underwater lights.With good corrosion prevention quality. 3. We use resin to the buttom of the inner light to prevent the water in the water into the lights. Even we have do so much works to get better waterproof. So of our customer also will let the water into the lights.As we all know,the underwater lights have to be used in the water.So some of the cable connector is in the water too.The water into the water from the inner cable inner line. So we have one more work. We have cut the leather of the electrics line and covered it with resin. After this way,We have never meet the problem with the waterproof. You maybe have the question,Why the lights have water strop one the glass when you test it. However,if you test the lights in the water, This problem will not appear. Dow Corning has said the European Patent Office (EPO) has rejected a request to revoke a Dow patent that covers optical silicone used in solid-state lighting (SSL) applications. Boston University (BU) had scored a big LED-manufacturing-centric intellectual property (IP) win against Epistar Corporation, Everlight Electronics Co., Ltd., and Lite-On Technology Corporation in December 2015, although the amount of the award may now be called into question.

Hurghada (Egypt) weather is getting very hot (42 degrees centigrade), but nothing can stop working, RISE team as technical adviser of underwater pool lighting, arrived at Dana Beach Resort for the lighting assembling. As both of the 2 companies think the lamp cable should change to be 2 meters, to make sure no water will get in from the cable wire. So we decide to take all lamps out of the water, changing all cables and reassemble. This takes much time and work. Total 560pcs need replace the cables, even the functions are goods, but to make sure of 3-5 years working without any problems, this worth to do it!
