Shenzhen Rise Optoelectronics Co., Ltd is a professional outdoor landscape led lights factory from China. Our main products are led underwater lights, led swimming pool lights, led fountain lights , led underground lights, LED wall washer lights and some other lights for landscape. All the underwater use led lights from Rise must be tested with good waterproof performance. Every light must be tested in our test pool with 1 meter depth water. The lights sink in the water more than 8 hours to test the waterproof quality. If water permeate into the lights .The light will be replace by a new one and retest. And even one lights have to wait another 8 hours. So in order to save time, all our lights are in strict quality control from the components to the final lights products. July 14-15th 2016, Rise Optoelectronics Co.,LTD (Rise LED Lighting) had an outward bound program in Huizhou Bihai Bay Outward Bound Camp. 2 days programs which makes RISE family more united, full of love. There’s more than 8 programs, each team should work together to finish the task in limited time, there will be competition between teams. As many staff didn’t do exercise in usual, which makes every body tired during the whole 2days, especially the “The graduation wall ” program. A  4meters height wall, all members should climb over it, this is a huge challenge, nobody should talk or foul, or it will restart from the beginning. We climbed the wall in pyramid way: 3 persons as human wall in the bottom, the other 2 persons stand on their shoulders, 1 person climb step by step until he become the first one on top, others to be the booster to protect and help each one climb. Finally we overcome the wall, time is 6minutes. I believe time can be shorter if we done it a 2nd time. Team work in every program: As a team, family, RISE LED will do better in the future. This is the eight years for me working in Rise Optoelectronics Co.,Ltd. During these eight years. Our company developed to be large company with our own factory, own products. Who knows we were a trade company before 9years ago.At that time, we just have two samll room as office.But today our factory has more than 1,200square meter ares. It has about 50 employees. Now Rise have such a big change. On 20th,July,2016. Our office also made big change. My company obsoleted our new office desk. And using fasion and open-ended new office desk to replace old desk. Everybody like our new office desk, Even we didn't have new or big office. It brings us better mood and working atmosphere. My colleagues said Our communication is  more convenient and  more efficient. We all love this change. New office desk and better mood. I believe this is good start for us at the half year of 2016!
