As for small size 1-3W led inground lights, it’s usually for deck use, or paver use. 6-12W underground light for path or public square use.
But for palm tree, you should use a big enough power led lights, 24-36W would be the best, as a palm tree is around 7-10meters, nowadays more and more hotels are growing palm trees, and in the night time, they should be with lights, which makes the hotel great.
