RISE has been in LED industry for 8 years, now our light are sold in all over the word.
With the high quality control standard, we win a lot of VIP client for long terms business relationship. Today I would like to introduce some important point for 316L underwater light quality control.

1. Material Check. When we received material from our suppliers, the first thing we do is check if the quality reach our standard. RISE underwater light use 316L stainless steel housing, so we put housing in salt water to test for 15-18 hours, then check appearance, size and structure. If all aspect is no problem, we will put those housing in our warehouse for stock. Beside hosing, all other material will be check as well.
2. LED Chek. After our worker fixed leds on PCB, we will arrange another work make a test to ensure all leds is working well before we use it. Although problem also can be found in light aging test, but this process can make us find problem in advance and delivery time won’t be delayed.

3. Waterproof Test. Led Underwater Light must be IP68 rating, otherwise it can’t be used in water application.
RISE underwater light will tested in 1.2m water for 12-15 hours at least.
4. Aging Test. All RISE lights will be in aging test for 8-10 hours at least.

5. Recheck Before Packing. When lights are ready for packing process, we will check again for appearance and function.
